Frequently Asked Questions

General visiting hours are from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. For NICU and PICU, only parents are allowed with special visiting schedules. Due to COVID-19 protocols, we currently allow only one attendant per patient. Emergency and maternity cases have flexible visiting policies.

Yes, we have tie-ups with all major insurance providers including Apollo Munich, HDFC ERGO, ICICI Lombard, Star Health, and Government health schemes. We also have a dedicated insurance desk to assist with claim processing. Please check with our billing department for specific network hospital status.

Our Level III NICU maintains a survival rate of over 92% for babies born at 28 weeks gestation and above, and 78% for extremely premature babies (24-27 weeks).
